Refund Policy

Monthly plans
Monthly fees cover the upcoming month of work. If you cancel, service continues through the 30-day notice period and no further charges are made.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first monthly close, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund that month in full.
Missed deadlines
If we close your books after the 10th of the month without a delay caused by missing client documents, that month is discounted 25%.
Catch-up projects
Catch-up work is billed per completed month. Unstarted months paid in advance are refunded in full on cancellation.
How to request
Email support@virtualsolved.com with your business name and invoice number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
