Agreement
By using virtualsolved.com or engaging VirtualSolved, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Services
We provide bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll coordination and administrative support as described in your written proposal. We do not provide tax preparation, audit, legal or investment advice and we are not a CPA firm.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information and documents.
- Maintain ownership of your accounting software subscriptions.
- Review reports and notify us of errors within 30 days.
- Remain responsible for approving payments and filings.
Fees and payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Invoices are due within 15 days. We may pause work on accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Term and cancellation
Services are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. See our Refund Policy.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide services, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
